Ready to cut turnover in half?

There is power in giving your employees control of their career trajectory with you. It’s something we’ve been betting on with WORQDRIVE since we began. And wouldn’t you know it?… It works!

We did a control group test with a customer this year. We asked them to roll out WORQDRIVE to a subset of their employee population. We said, “get this into 5,000 people at your org and let’s see if it delivers a reduction in turnover.”

They did.

It did.

In our control group of 5,000 employees for one year, turnover was 18%.

Compared to the overall organization, which had a turnover rate of 40%.

When you go about making a case for internal mobility, the goal is always to reduce turnover. We’ve been so proud of our product’s stickiness with the control group, but until the year was over, we didn’t know how it would influence and impact the real ROI of turnover.

The change in turnover means that this customer saved 1,100 people. Did all of the people in the control group take a new job at the company? No. But having the opportunity to stay helped them stay at a 2X clip.

And when you put dollars against those 1,100 people, the ROI is plain.

Those 1,100 people departing would cost the organization at minimum $3 million.

Needless to say, they will be rolling this out beyond the control group.
